Here’s what to do!
- Visit FORMED.org or search for “Formed” in your app store to download on your device
- Click Sign Up
- Select “I Belong to a Parish or Organization”
- Find St. Mary’s Parish on the list (there are a lot of St. Mary’s parishes, so it’s easiest to search for “Sylva”)
- Enter your email address and you are in!
