The Jackson County Health Department will be offering the Covid-19 Vaccine (Moderna) at a vaccination clinic on Wednesday, March 24, at St. Mary the Mother of God Catholic Church in Sylva, from 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
Those who would like to receive the Vaccine should send a message to Luci at (828)347-3927 with the following information:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Phone number
- Time you can be there to get the vaccine.
